Hi, my name is Devan Carlin, the administrator and writer for “Dark to Light”.  I am a very open minded person who hates those who take advantage of people and misrepresent information.   I am not a church leader, nor do I claim to be an expert but I faith in God, His Christ and that there is some good in all people.  With that, my only hope is that people will be open minded about people’s differences.

I am wrong sometimes and am not offended by criticisms, but I do not stand for religious discrimination and hope that people still have some respect for others trying to bring the blessings that Jesus Christ freely gives to people.

Other information about me:

I am currently a student at Brigham Young University-Idaho studying Computer Science, I guess you could say I am a nerd (my wife does, hehe).  I also have a minor in Russian. I served a honorable full-time mission in Yekaterinburg, Russia and have been home for over a year now.

My wonderful wife’s name is Heather and life is good.
